Basic functions:
1. Specifications: Total length 2130mm, total width 760mm, bed board length 1880mm, bed board width 620mm, height adjustment 560 - 890mm, backrest adjustment 0 - 90°, knee adjustment 0 - 40°, tilt adjustment -18° - 18°.
2. Safe working load: 220KG.
3. Backrest adjustment system: Controlled by two high-quality silent gas springs, providing stronger load-bearing capacity and greater safety.
4. Height adjustment system: Features a high-quality double hydraulic cylinder design, enhancing load-bearing capacity, improving stability, and making operation easier.
5. Knee adjustment is operated by a hand crank. When not in use, the hand crank can be stored to save space. The hand crank has an over-rotation protection function.
6. Bed board: Made of Antistatic material with a thickness of ≥ 4mm, it is X-ray penetrable, has higher strength, and does not deform, ensuring patient safety during emergency rescue.
7. Frame: Made of high-quality cold-rolled bright steel, ensuring flatness and material rigidity and toughness.
8. Coating: Phosphating treatment is added to enhance the adhesion of the coating and prevent rust inside the steel tubes.
9. Guardrails: High-strength 6-section metal folding guardrails, providing better strength and patient safety, and facilitating patient transfer. The guardrails can hold a table board or instrument rack for placing related monitoring equipment.
10. Angle meter: Each side of the bed frame has an angle meter to display the forward and backward tilt angle of the bed, meeting clinical special requirements.
11. Casters: Equipped with 200mm diameter central control silent casters from Taiwan. Each corner of the bed has a caster control system, allowing one-foot braking and simultaneous locking of all four wheels, facilitating operation by medical staff.
12. Patented center fifth wheel system: Each side of the bed has a control pedal. The center fifth wheel has a diameter of ≥ 100mm. When retracted, it allows free movement; when in use, it is in a "straight-line" state, overcoming the inertial force during transportation and effectively controlling the direction of movement, making the transportation process safer.
13. Tray: There is an integrated ABS material tray under the bed, which can hold an oxygen cylinder of ≥ 4 liters, is convenient to use, and can bear a load of 10Kg.
14. Storage rack: Equipped with an adjustable IV stand that can be retracted when not in use.
15. Mattress: The mattress thickness is ≥ 70mm, providing greater comfort for patients when lying flat. The waterproof and breathable fabric is easy to clean and has a zipper for washing the outer fabric.
16. Record table: A record table is provided at the end of the bed. The table surface can be placed horizontally on both the front and back sides, serving as a record table or monitoring table. When not in use, it can be retracted and stored without occupying space.
